Perth Quad Bikes

worst place i have been. i took my bike in to get a service and new inner tube. it was done the next day but they didn't get back to me until 8 days after. tyre didn't even have rim tape inside. Very Very disappointing

Had no quads to show us when we visited and basically the sales guy talked us out of buying them because he made it clear they wouldn't last long. Also had inconsistent messages about whether they do or don't rent them: I was told no on the phone, my husband was told yes in person...

Not even worth one star they are crooks would never deal with them again

I would not go to this shop ever again if i can avoid it. Customer service is non existant. They cant be bothered to give quotes all too much effort. They lost all our original purchase papers & our warranty paper work. Never got back to us, emails, phone calls. Finally go them on the phone, no apology or help. Not happy - going to Midvale!

this place is is an absolute joke! the bloke can't fit a tyre without pinching the tube and then had the nerve to try and charge for it!don't use absolutely useless!!

Over priced, poor communication. Apathetic attitude.Charged me $90 to get 2 tires fitted (I supplied) and they didn't balance the front. Said that they were good enough without weights even though their is a rim lock.Went back and they blamed the tyre as I had provided it.Go somewhere else. Unless you enjoy being ripped off and treated like inconvenience.

Great People, Better service!!I have used Perth Quad bikes almost as long as they have been open to service my bike and they have always been friendly, helpful and most importantly reasonably priced!!I would and do reccomend them to everyone!

They did a very good job on our quad and took as long as they needed too.

Mark was honest and did an awesome job with my Vulcan 800. Major service, New Chain and back tyre and maintenance on the cooling system. Had the bike back three weeks now, running really great!!! Will definitely use again. Great family business!!

I purchased a Crossfire E5 electric ATV in September 2021 and it suddenly stopped working in March 2022. I contacted Perth Quad bikes every week for 5 weeks and emailed Crossfire in Sydney but never received any message back from either. I was advised on the phone that another E5 had a similar problem and Perth Quad bikes needed to solve that issue before trying to fix mine. They refused to examine my vehicle in the meantime because they assumed both vehicles had the same problem. After consulting with an electrical engineer, amongst other people, I was advised the most likely cause was a faulty switch - which was not what Perth Quad bikes suspected when I reported the problem. The vehicle eventually started working again and now, one month later, is still working, but presumably has a faulty switch which could fail again at any time. I reported this to Perth Quad bikes and received no acknowledgement. It is difficult to imagine a more inadequate response to a serious fault within the warranty period. It is also difficult to understand how an electric vehicle only 5 months old could prove so unreliable.
